Return & Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of all products on our site, we cannot refund customers. This refund policy applies to all payment parties including out of website sales. However, if you are unhappy with your product or any other issue like the file is not opening or the product you purchased is not the one sent by email, please email us at ceo@xpertlabz.com.
If Files are Corrupt & other issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at ceo@xpertlabz.com immediately if the product is defective, or corrupt file or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We offer a 25% refund if you do not love your ebook. No questions asked. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at ceo@xpertlabz.com.
