At XpertLabz, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer a refund under the following conditions:
Return Requirements: To qualify for a refund, all items originally included in the package must be returned. This includes the product, accessories, and any additional items or components provided.
Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original box, along with any manuals, accessories, or packaging materials that were included at the time of delivery.
Condition: The returned items must be in good condition, free from excessive wear or damage beyond normal use.
Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. Unfortunately, we do not provide return labels or prepaid shipping.
Return Address: The return address will be provided upon request. Please ensure that the package is securely sealed to avoid damage during transit.
Timeline: All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Items received outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund.
Proof of Return:
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the return is delivered successfully. Please keep the tracking number for your records.
Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected. This process may take up to 2-3 business days.
Exclusions: Items that are not returned in their entirety, missing components, or damaged beyond normal use may result in a partial refund or the denial of a refund.
